Ceiling sagging?
Send us a photo.
You'll get a straight answer on what's actually wrong — and whether it's a patch, a sheet, or the whole ceiling. Twenty years of plastering, on houses as much as building sites.

!
If a ceiling is bulging, cracking or dropping, don't wait it out.
Keep people and pets out of the room, don't put anything heavy in the roof space above it, and call us.
A sagging ceiling that comes down on its own does far more damage than one that's taken down properly.
WHAT WE FIX
Most of what goes wrong inside a house,
we've fixed before.
Sagging & collapsed ceilings
Old ceilings pulling away from the joists, failed adhesive, or a section that's already come down. We take out what's failed and re-sheet it properly.
Renovations & extensions
New rooms, opened-up walls, raised ceilings. We work in around your builder or run the lining side ourselves if you haven't got one.
Water damage & leaks
Storm damage, a burst pipe, a roof that let go. Once the leak's sorted we cut out the wet board, dry it out and make it look like it never happened.
Bathrooms & wet areas
Villaboard and fibre cement fixed the way wet areas need to be done, ready for the waterproofer and tiler to follow.
No job too small — if it's a half-hour patch, we'll tell you that rather than talk you into a whole ceiling.
Cracks, holes & patching
Cornice cracks, door handles through the wall, holes left by a tradie. Patched, sanded and blended so you can't pick where it was.
New ceilings & cornice
Replacing tired ceilings, matching old cornice profiles, or putting in something better than what was there — shadowline, bulkheads, raked ceilings.

HOW IT WORKS
Four steps, no turnaround.
01
Send a photo
Text or email a picture of the problem and your suburb. Half the time we can tell you what it is from that.
02
We come and look
For anything bigger than a patch we'll come out, get up in the roof space if we need to, and find the actual cause.
03
A price in writing
What we're doing, what it costs, and how long we'll be in the house. Then you pick a day that suits.
04
Fixed, and cleaned up
We finish it, walk it with you, and take the rubbish with us. Ready for the painter.

QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED
The things
people ring us up, worried about.
How much does a ceiling repair cost?
It depends on whether it's a patch, one sheet, or a whole room — and on what caused it. Get in contact with us and we can give you a quote.
How long will you be in the house?
Most repairs are a day or two on site, spread over a few days because the compound has to dry between coats. We'll tell you the actual days when we quote it.
Do we have to move out?
Almost never. If necessary, we seal off the room we're working in and you carry on in the rest of the house. If it's a bigger job we'll be upfront about which rooms you'll lose and for how long.
Will the repair be noticeable afterwards?
Not once it's painted. We match the existing cornice profile and finish where we can — on an older ceiling with a texture or a discontinued cornice we'll tell you honestly what will and won't match before you commit.
Do you paint as well?
We offer painting with some of our service. This really depends on the type of job, size of the job and what you want. Get in contact with us and we can go through this together.
What is the best way to get a quote or more info?
Send us an email with a description of what you want, where you are located, a time from of when you would like the job to start, and anything else you want to add. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
