Party walls and inter-tenancy separation to the acoustic report — sealed, not just boarded.
Steel frame walls & ceilings
Set-out, framing and boarding for fitouts, units and commercial shells.
Suspended ceilings & grid
Set-out coordinated with services so the grid lands where the drawings say it does.
Wet areas & cladding
Villaboard and fibre cement fixed to the wet-area requirements, ready for waterproofing.
Feature ceilings & bulkheads
Curves, shadowline, coffers and raked work — set out on site and built to hold a line.
Level 4 & Level 5 finishes
Finish level agreed up front, so what you're paying for is what gets checked at handover.
